Description: 

Bare Copper conductors are primarily utilized for grounding purposes, following the specifications outlined in the National Electrical Code. ELITE WIRE Bare Copper conductors are typically annealed (soft) copper, available in both solid and stranded forms. Medium-hard drawn tempers are also an option, provided in both solid and stranded configurations. Solid options are offered for sizes 14 through 2, while 7-strand configurations are available for sizes 8 through 2. For sizes 1 through 4/0, both 7-strand and 19-strand options are accessible. Specifically, 250 MCM, 350 MCM, and 500 MCM are exclusively available in 37-strand configurations, whereas 600 MCM and 750 MCM are offered in 61-strand configurations.

Standards & Specifications:

B-1 represents Hard Drawn wire, while B-2 denotes Medium Hard Drawn wire, and B-3 indicates Soft or Annealed wire. These wire types are approved by REA/RUS. They are also compliant with RoHS standards and adhere to the guidelines specified in ARRA 2009 Section 1605.
