TYPE SE Style R

Application: 

For above-ground electrical service utilization, spanning from the service disconnecting means to remote distribution equipment, and under specific conditions permitted by the National Electrical Code (NEC), Type SE Style R may be employed for interior wiring as a branch circuit for ranges, ovens, cooking units, or clothes dryers. This cable adheres to the requirements of Underwriters Laboratories Standard 854, and its installation is approved in line with Articles 215, 225, 230, and 338 of the NEC, featuring a 600-volt rating.

Standards set by Underwriters Laboratories include UL-83, UL-854, and UL-2556, along with Federal Specifications AA59544. Compliant with NEMA RV 4-2012 and relevant sections of NFPA 70 (NEC®) such as Article 215, 225, 230, and 338. In accordance with ARRA 2009 Section 1605 for "Buy American" compliance, and specified in MasterSpec Division 26 Sections 260519 and 260523. UL Listing #E-174428 is also maintained.
